Good news for 10th fail students

Good news for 10th fail students: Those students who have not passed their Class 10 exams can now breathe a sigh of relief as they will be able to get admission in schools through an alternative route. This recent development brings a significant relief for these students.

The students who have not passed their 10th standard exams will now be eligible for re-entry. Approximately 400,000 students are expected to benefit from this favorable outcome every year. This rule will come into effect again after a gap of five years.

It is important to note that currently, under the existing rules, students who do not pass their Grade 10 exams are not counted as regular students. In such cases, students have the option to reappear for the exams and give them another chance.

Additionally, paper checking for Grade 10 and Grade 12 board exams has been completed, and the announcement of results is expected to happen soon. The results for Grade 12 Science stream are likely to be announced in the first week after the conclusion of the entrance examination process.

The results will be published on the Gujarat Board's

official website gseb.org and mark sheets will be distributed thereafter.

The completion of the paper checking process indicates that the results for Grade 10 and Grade 12 board exams are expected to be announced soon, within a few weeks. The announcement for the results of the General stream for Grade 12, which is opposite to the Grade 10 result, is likely to be made during the intervening weeks.

Furthermore, in March, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board conducted board exams for Grade 10 and Grade 12. A total of 15 lakh students appeared for both exams combined.
